No Trespassing Notice
The board would like to notify the residents that Mr. Howard Taylor has requested that no one trespasses on his property. His property is located on the left side of the road as you enter Schooner Bay. If you have any questions, feel free to contact

"No Wake" Zone Notice
The board would also like to remind all boaters that all of Schooner Bay is considered a “No Wake” zone. A white can with red stripe marks the entrance to Schooner Bay. As a courtesy to fellow residents, please do not operate your vessel at speeds that would result in a wake impacting on the boats and bulkheads of others.
